3330 strange charge problem - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have a 3330 Nokia, the problem is:
when i connect the charger, the phone says "charging" but never stop it from charge.
When I pull out the charger, the phone doesn't open. I measured the battery, and he have 2,... V. I put the charger back in phone, and when I measure at the battery contacts, it say 1,78 V. I changed the PA, I checked the rezistors, and V101, but, the maximum voltage was 2,26V. I know that at the battery contact, voltage must be over 3,6 V. What can I do? What could be happened?

P.S.: the phone was dropped down

try to reflow/reheat the ccont

I've changed ccont, don't work, same problem.

very simple
change the charging ic ( the smallest bga ic)
