Member: 4270 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | 6210 & 3310 unable to reset, starnge problem! I have come across 2 units that suffer from similar symptoms i.e on 6210 1. n u try to set the ring volume to whatever value it stays on volume level 1. 2. when u get calls and try to check the call register it says no numbers even though u recieved, dialed or missed calls. on 3310 1. when u try to rest the security code it goes back to the 1 it was previously on its own. 2. u cannot reset te profiles, always stays the same. could the problem lie in the software or he hardware of the phone. I have upgraded both the phones but they still seem to have the same problem. any info would b highly apprecaited regards reo |
