Help can any one tell me how to fix the phone?

check ur phone by using M-bus cable with wintesla and selftest menu will tell if there is Mcu or Ppm peoblem if so its software problem...post ur results and we will help you....

I used the software "Nokia flashtool modified by Cyberdog 2001" to unlock it.Then I downloaded a flashimage from the Phone with "Nokia Dtc3 by Rolis 4,77" and when I scaned the flash file for errors I get this messige.

"MCU SW CHK Failed"

Just flash it with the correct MCU flash file
