does anyone have a solution to fix 8210 which low bats when phone calls?

Take it for a toning @ local Nokia center (if you can exclude the fact that it is a attery itself a problem)

You can always try to check the bat if it is ok. Try to change bat first!!

its either it has a defective batt

or

shorted someting inside the motherboard

the battery is fine and works well with other units have anybody tried to change the power amplifier of the phone?

Does it heat itself more than usuall on some parts of the unit?
