Hi, You can get AT commands white paper at <a href="http://www.etsi.org." target="_blank">www.etsi.org.</a> Registration is free and after registration You can download all communication standarts. AT commands for GSM are discribed at GSM 7.05. But producers use some others. For example Siemens have AT for vibration. Basic is same.
