Is possibly to have croatian languange on NOKIA 3610 ?

or 2100 its almost same.

No way croatian language for 3610, it is model for Asia/Pacific market, like 8250. For 2100 - yes. But if 3610 has european "clone"(identical hardware like 3310 is identical to 3315 wich is basically 3310 for Asian market), that would be pretty possible.
