CS problem in 3210.510, help needed - GSM-Forum

I tried to repair 3210.510 CS error with "Contact Service Repairer by Guar V1.0", but it did not change the Check sum.

Help needed please.

Hi, man!

You should send me that dump!

I wiil try to help you!

And you should flashed with partial to unlock your phone, because your eeprom area maybe is demaged. In this case (after flashing) your phone wont check this area. I can recalc eeprom 1. and 2. chks and corrigate some bytes. What is your dump's file? e2p, bin or hex?

If you made e2p, you should cut out the pony header from the dump.

You should have a copy wizh the origi chks too!

Sorry, but: ..Not "..your eeprom area..", your splock area is the correct!

And CS caused by any other than wrong chks!

I can,t make any backup or write to any 3210 phone, do not know why. All other models works good with Dejan flasher V1.00b.

I have a Universal All-07Programmer and used it for reading the eeprom bin file. I can also convert it to hex format.

I will send this 24C128bin file to you tomorrow.

Hi! That also happens to me. 3210v510. I cant read nor write to the fone. I found out that its a hardware fault. All I do to solved this problem is flashed the circuit with hotair especially the ccont chip. Then it sorted it out. Im sure that the fone has a cold solder on it. Thats why you cant read nor write to your fone. <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Hey, you sent me the flash file, but I need eeprom dump!!! not just a flash file...

Guar refer eeprom not the flash!

OK, all what I can do with your flash to check it with nfree 1.3.

Send me the Dump also!

nfree 1.3 says your flash file is correct. CS caused by eeprom soft or any other hard problem.

I am able to read the phone now and made full backup, the problem was wrong loader. Can,t flash back now , having erasing error after about 1 min of loading Dejan 1.00b. So the phone is dead now.

Did you connect Vpp pin. You have to use this pin for right connection. Which Flash ID do you have?I will send you right f_loader.

The connection is exactly as Dejan mentioned, a resistor of 100ohms from 2 diodes to pin 6VPP of 3210. The f_loader i,m using is '001f00c0' (atmel 16 - Atmel 49BV16X4B, size 16Mb), size is 5.44kb.
