Post dead 3310 due to corrupt fullflash

i have made a full backup (20-40)and it was ok at HEXWORKSHOP but when i tried to open it with nfree it can not be recognise by nfree... i tried already to fullflash phone with others backup just to see if it will came to life but it still dead... i got the original fullflash if any one can give an idea how to repair the fullflash. nfree can not recognise the file even it's a full backup (2mb)... at hex it show this text string "4.0& (is a phone version) and EEP&RM".

is there any solution for the dead 3310?
