Member: 1688 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Find out the version of your phone if it is f****d: Last weeks I got a lot of phones from people, who flashed there phone, and after flashing the phone is dead… They put the phone away, and forget to write down the version… (some people even flash the phone to an other version, so the phone will go on but can’t find network, and reset sometimes) If the are flashed with a wrong version you are not able to find the version of the phone anymore (this will be changed) I found a way to get the real version…. (it worked for me for almost 30 phones) You could try to upload all kind of versions until the phone find a network, but this will be easier: Find out the version of your phone if it is f****d: You can always find out the version of the phone by typing "war0anty" (*#92702689*) So if you f****d up your phone, just flash your phone with a flash file (200.000 - 3d0.000) The version doesn't matter…. As long as your phone go's on (don't overwrite the eeprom) When your phone is on you can type: "war0anty" (*#92702689*) (You have to type this quick, because your phone will reset his self) Your phone will go to a special menu……… Go to option 2 (made) At this place you will fine a code of 4 digits (something like 0501) Now simply look at the list below, and flash your phone with the right flash……….. That’s all…….. 3310 *#0000# Normal language Made date Version: Information: 3.24 22-08-00 22 augustus 2000 ??????????????????? 4.02 5-10-00 05 oktober 2000 11 00 4.06 21-11-00 05 november 2000 12 00 4.18 18-12-00 05 december 2000 01 01 4.19 3-01-01 03 januari 2001 01 01 4.23 25-01-01 25 januari 2001 ??????????????????? 4.24 23-02-01 23 februari 2001 03 01 4.35 29-03-01 29 maart 2001 05 01 4.45 21-06-01 21 juni 2001 07 01 <FONT COLOR="#ffff00" SIZE="1">[ 21 July 2001 11:31: Message edited 3 times, lastly by Magic2ik ]</font> |

Member: 2605 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | To Magic: Another possebility if you have yellow item code lable (mostly found in original package ) you can see FAC number like: 95/93/00/100/100 this must be counted to 100 5 7 00 x x 100 / 100/ 100 / x / x That means manufactured on the 5th of July 2000 so you know what software was released. FAC is only attached in older phones and labled after IMEI and packaging. So software could only be wrong if update was made by service center or by us Regards ToTo |
