How Do I Back Up EEPROM ?

That depends on what type of mobile phone you wanted to backup.

<br />Some series of mobile phones differ from each other from the manner of backing up their eeproms alike.

Are there any programmers that you don't need to desolder the eeprom to reprogram it?
