Hi mhen..

That depends on what type of mobile phone you wanted to backup.

<br />Some series of mobile phones differ from each other from the manner of backing up their eeproms alike.

I have a working eeprom programmer interface that no need to desolder ur eeprom inorder to back-up.This interface was fully functional and tested by me. if u want pls mail me. i love to share my collections with u all.
