Member: 15385 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | How to load Language on 3410? Will anyone be so kind and help me with uploading language on Nokia 3410? And please don't tell me " look an old topics", becouse I already did and didn't find anything. 1. Can I do it with cable F/M bus? 2. Need to know which program should I use? 3. which files do i need to upload. 4. Where can I find those files? 5. Is there anything else I should know? Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, Ales |

You need a flasher cable (conneted to LPT port of your computer), flasher program (I use Noki 7.3 by ******), language pack, mbus/fbus cable and program to update FAID (Nokiatool for example). You should do the following: 1. Make full backup of your phone using flash cable and flasher program 2. Flash the language pack to the phone Important - make sure you use the correct language pack version and flash it to the correct address 3. Connect you phone to the computer by mbus/fbus via COMM port, power it on (without simcard), run Nokiatool, hit "Read Phone" and than "Update FAID". Phone restarts and ... you have new language pack in it. |
