Li-Polymer battery Nokia 3410 - GSM-Forum

Dear members,
i just have a urgent question to somebody who knows a lot of battery s.
Today i recieved a Li-Polymer battery 1800 mAh,i ordered via internet!
Now my question is:what is the right way to charge that kind of battery for the first time?
Hope somebody has usefull information or links!

p.s.
On "older" Li-Ion battery`s i charged first time 16h and after that 3 more times 12h.

My guess is taht after it empties for the first time you must charge-it for 12-14hours and then you are good to go!!!
