I recently flashed my 3330 with an updated flash and now it will not even switch on!!

I did a backup flash file and when I go to use it the software says the phone type is wrong or i am trying to use the wrong file.

I downloaded a full flash from another 3330 and tried it but the same thing???????

I am using Rolis v5.14 software.

Have I killed the phone or can someone help me.

Did you rewrite original EEPROM area (in 3330 00550000-00600000). If yes and you haven't got backup = bad day <img src="redface.gif" border="0"> regards

Can anything be done or is the phone now scrap?

Also can anyone send me a full flash V4.16

Hi!

Sorry mate but if you haven't backup then your phone is only a flashlight... Maybe Dejan can help to you.... and next time don't forget the backup

As the phone is now scrap if you cannot get it changed mail me a price as I will need one to use for testing. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

Any ideas
