My display keeps turning off. Help!

I have nokia 3310 and a BIG problem. After starting a snake game or manually switching the network (sometimes even while writing a SMS) my display switches off, though the phone keeps working normally. I can place calls and do anything I want but there is nothing on the display. After restarting the phone everything is back to normal. What can be done?
Has anyone already seen this?
Thanx!

T.

is it a hardware problem? (sometimes the screen looses contact with pcb.... all it takes is for 1 contact (the common anode, or is that cathode? )) to cause the whole screen to go blank.

Hello,

This is a comon fault on Nokia display for 3310 and 8210.

The display need to be replaced with an new version; and also the phone sw need to be checked: sometime if phone sw was reflashed with some DCT-3 flasher that can generate this problem.
