i put flash 6150 v 5.23 after that it is not worke i don,t no what hapens for my phon

that i hope you have made ,you cannot upgrade software versions with the flasher .

Chances are, you're phone might be "resurrected" but shall encounter a "Contact Service" error because of wrong IMEI. In this case, someone here might help you.

But in order to "resurrect" your phone back to life, let's do this step by step:

1. You have to find another 6150 v5.23 in your area. You can download from the 'net a full flash of 6150-5.23 but it may not have the same MCU and PPM (language) version.

2. Remove the battery from your dead phone and put it back again. Don't turn the phone on yet. Removing and replacing the battery resets any active operation on your phone.

3. Read your phone's flash from address 00200000 to 00400000.

4. Copy the "flash.out" found in "C:\Flasher" to "C:\Flasher\myflash.fls". You only have to do this once.

5. Now, using the other 6150, read it's flash from address 00200000 to 00400000.

6. Copy the "C:\Flasher\flash.out" to "C:\nk_files\6150F523.fls". I put 'F' between phone model and version to indicate that it's a full flash.

7. Now, connect your dead phone to the flasher interface and flash it with the "6150F523.FLS" starting at address 00200000.

8. You should have a phone a revived phone with either a no error or a "Contact Service" error.

Either way, you now have a revive phone.
If you have a "Contact Service" error, somebody here might give a hand.

As of now, you can't upgrade your phone to a higher or even a lower flash version.

It's because the flasher you are using might be the Nokia Flasher v1.0b which is only good for reading/writing flash and unlocking phone using partial flash.

This particular flasher by Dejan does not update the eeprom contents and the "Flash Authority ID" found in the first 12 bytes of the eeprom.

Oh, we can flash the phone with different flash versions but will have no signal.

I hope you have a backup of your 6150-5.17
But if not, again, you have to find another 6150 v5.17 in your area. You can download from the 'net a full flash of 6150-5.17 but it may not have the same MCU and PPM (language) version.

The procedure to change your phone's flash is the same as my previous post, only use a 6150-5.17 flash.

You are likely to encounter a "Contact Service" error if the eeprom is emulated in the flash because of wrong IMEI.

BTW, does anybody here know what models emulate the eeprom in flash?
