I need a working pcb ! i already have pcb modified by robby but i don't understand where is the top side and bottom side!

Hey men open your eyes!!! The down side is there wehere pin 18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25 is short!!

ok i clean my eyes now i have a working dejan box with 16CE625 /04 with 8MHZ crytal
