New Nokia 5110i ver. 5.53 Partial !!!

Do anyone got this partial??? I heard of this version exsist but never saw one!!!

If someone has it, can you send me the partial or we can exchange... I have 5510-342!!!

5110 5.53 is a damn problem. Bad news. It seem that the new 5110i has a bigger flash size & eeprom <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> compared with the old 24C16N

I can't read its eeprom! I've tried other chip like 24C16, 24C64 & 24C128 and all is OK, but the one inside the new 5110, 24C64, simply can't be read. It's a

ATMEL 110<br />24C16N<br />???? C

Any solution to read it. Atleast to save a EEprom backup before experimenting with any partial flashes. I have an idea which might work but need to save EEprom backup first.

Hello Guys,

New 5110i is not NSE-1, but already NSE-2 and it<br />is only released in Asia as of this moment like<br />the 8250. The internal features are still the same<br />old thing,,, no ringtone download, no menu icon<br />animations. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

But the Lock security obviously has been changed.

*** An informer from the Philippines already gave<br /> me the MCU for this, I'm working on making the<br /> partial flash IF still possible.
