NOKIA 1620 - 1800 Mhz! - GSM-Forum

This is the first time, i ever saw a phone like this...
Its the same like 1610, except, that it's 1800 Mhz only...
Any ideas to unlock it?
I dunno the Provider, and I have no tries left!

this software unlock all 16xx
but can't work on 900Mhz

I want remove the out form voicemail.
