Nokia 3310 has doferent MSID on each power on - GSM-Forum

Noka 3310 after each powering phone on shows doferent MSID , ofcause because of that phone has all 4 locks closed .
I already tryed to change COBBA , phone was working the same way

Any ideas ?

I always thought MSId was (semi-)automatically random. Try it with MBUS cable and NokTool... Should show a different MSId every time you check it.

No way , MSID in phone is always the same !!
Unles you reprogramm it or change COBBA .
MSID is the basic data used to calculate all other important things like simlock and IMEI data in phone and it can`t be diferent on each power on .

First CHANGE IMEI to another IMEI and chnage back to ORIGINAL IMEI:.....
and then calc faid and all ok
