nokia 8210 kepad 1,4,7,* not working

I have a nk 8210 with kepad 1,4,7,* not working. Cheked for broken line but all r ok/connected (inner and outer ring). I 've looked at the schematic, it shows that the inner pads are connected straight to the CPU. Is there any other way to solve this problem?

Thx in advance

Your CPU maybe unsolder or line from CPU to key is broken! Resolder your CPU will solve your problem!
