Old Nokia 5146 - No network - GSM-Forum

It is about a 5146 GSM which was originally used in UK with one2one subscription.
Tried unlocking (a coulple of years ago) using New Nokia Tool 35, got all 4locks open. now the phone accepts simlock but does not find the Network.

Please let me know whether is possible to salvage this phone.. may be with the right flash file and pointing me to a flash program (preferably one that can work under Windows XP).
I have a flash cable (via LPT) and a data cable (F&M Bus cable).

Any help is much appreciated.

Remember this phone is GSM 1800 mhz ONLY

I think that should present no problem... as far as I know networks here (in the Netherlands) are 1800 Mhz and some have 1800 +900.
