Old phonetype question - GSM-Forum

Anybody know the difference between THF-51 and THF-5XN?
I got both phones in my hand with the type written on.
All sites I have searched tells that both are Nokia 250.

Anyone got a clue on this mystery?

Hard one this maybe? No one who have old manuals in drawers?
