Member: 2899 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | "one reason for 33xx"switching off today i heard from my friend who is a designer in nokia that one of the reasons for some nokias switching off/not holding charge is the non genuine chinese ! batteries (some reports that they may even catch fire! )which flooded the market! always use genuine batteries. how do u know that they r genuine, the writing r slitely different and near the contacts they have a red tag. Member: 6982 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | batery not in this case i can see batery can cause problem but not in this case i have seen this switching off problem many times each case i have swapped batts fault is still there in past i have sent costomers on there way but it seems so common i would like to help these people |

Member: 1778 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Other reason is wrong transistor stage after HAGAR's CLOCK devider. Resistor R529 is too high. Stability of this transistor stage is very bad. Better replase to 800 Ohms up to 1000 Ohms and no more hanging. Assen |
