HELP... MY 3310 UPGRADED TO V5.57, SEEMS OK BUT WHEN MY PARTNER TRY TO MAKE SELECTION ON GAMES-SNAKE-MAZE THE PHONE RESET. HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM. TNX IN ADVANCE.

RESET YOUR PHONE TO FACTORY VALUES using NOKIA TOOL..
If problem don't solved flash eerpom than UPDATE FAID, IMEI, and LOCKS..

Problem will solve 100%

Make full backup from working phone (with eerom) and flash this phone. And make update faid ..... as DrMobile said.
