If I want to change the PPM on a 8210, can I just flash it with another PPM using a Flasher or would I need a JIC / Dejan box?

Yes,you have to recalculate FAID (logger etc) regards

Hello Seedy,

If for only one phone, use ordinary Dejan flash cable and flash only PPM area... Make backup of 003D0000 to 00400000... Now after changing PPM, you will not get signal and phone reboot.. you need to use FAID Loggers and pay operator small amount to have your FAID calculated and uploaded via ordinary MBUS cable.

If for 100+ units, get yourself a Dejan 1.02 box and dejan 1.05 software. It is very very cheap this week <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
