try to re flash ur phone again but u have to got a full flash and valid and flash it , it gonna work, i will post soon a full worked flash and a manual in how to flash it correctly

Did You try to reset your phone, like update faid, SFR with Nokia Tool by Rolis or Nokia Tool by Jordik? Also check imei if it is valid otherwise change it.

I dont think its stupid, Its the first question that should have been asked. Another is "is it blocked" as this stops sims registering as well.
