Member: 7406 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  Problems with 5110 v5.11 reading flash with Nokia Flashtool my mobile went into CONTACT SERVICE after an accidentally disconnection. NFREE told me that the MCU Checksum was wrong.<br />The EEPROM went wrong too. Invalid checksum and IMEI The steps I've done to repair this are: I put a new 1Mb flash (www.chavalgsm.com) in 5110 with Rolis 5.14 SW and repaired the MCU SW Checksum with Rolis too. With this, the phone powers on but no coverage. I download the eeprom and repair checksum and IMEI with Bartek SW, but when I tried to upload the new eeprom with Rolis SW or NokiaSP it failed!!! Now i have my phone with no network coverage!<br />Any ideas to reasemble this? Perhaps Pony Programmer? Best regards and thanks in advance Xepuis |

In 5110 eeprom is external...<br />That means is not emmulated in flash like other nokia models... C ya! |
