What is the exact value of VPP for 3210. - GSM-Forum

Hi to all.Does some one can tell me this?Dejan interface has a diode 1N4148 and Vpp is 4.3V,and Dejan box doesn`t have this one and Vpp is 5V.I have problems with flashing Nokia 3210.Connector is good and i think that problem is in Vpp...

it must be +2.7..3.3 V for all (except atmel) chips.
For atmel chips you may not use Vpp at all.
And for more info look at manufacturers doc's
