Where can I find unlocked partial flashes with beginning addresses for Nokia 6110?

Why you need flash it??? 6110 can by unlocked with Mbus cable using any program...like nokia toll 0.34

Because I have only Dejan flasher and LPT cabel for Nokia.

Better you make, or buy a Mbus cable.....Its better for unlock 6110.....
