Member: 43363 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | No soln yet? its mostly H/W issue, just open your fone check ur ringer with multimeter if its ok ,if not replace it! if its okay then proceed checking the pads on th PCB if are okay in most cases there must be a missing link on the tracks! solder are wire from the track with a missing link to the corresponding resistor they are vissible even without magnifier! put back your PCB together and your ringer will be working fine once again! Member: 82155 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 33 | check the buzzer if the buzer is ok check the point on the board wher the buzzer touch the board try to check for contuinity with the resistor close to it if there is no flow reconect it back |

Member: 43511 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | the i.c can have many others functions than the buzzer but check the buzzer at first, and if there is a transistor attached directly to it if not try flashing phone, if not all you have is to change the mother card. |
