You have damaged flash IC, unsoldered flash IC or broken lines between UPP and flash IC ...

So try to resolder Flash chip, try again flashing, if not work - resolder UPP - try again, if not work - change flash IC - flash and if all is OK - rebuild security with RPL for your IMEI.

1000000% solution 3100 must use upp v8210 0r v826 cannot use v835 after change it flash the latest version than <no miss forever>:D :D :D problem solved.................:D :D :D :D
