mostly UEM problem...

If the voltage on the battery is less than 3,0 volts, then the telephone wont charge..

A good way to fix 'broken' a battery, is to shock it with appr. 5-6 volt..

(Take out the battery and connect a propper wire to both + and - on the battery)

NB! DO THIS FOR MAXIMUM 3-4 minutes

This solved my problem with no-charging problems on a 5110, 3220 and 3200
If that didnt work at all.. then its other hardware related problems..

As @Aikon_NO mentioned if the voltage is very low, it maybe due to long time unused of the phone, Tehn you may just connect the charger and wait few hours, sometimes phone (battery) wake up. Check another battery...
