3120 auto shut off time after time

my 3120 will auto shut off time after time. whats wrong with my unit? how can i fix this prob?

it's usually soft error. you have to flash mcu and ppm with latest soft and reset settings and it should be fixed.

most of the times it is software.
reflash the phone and set to factory and Unlock.

try all software solution, if still the same, then this is 90% UEM problem. replace UEM...
