fuse is fine battery connector is cleaned also dry soldered everything still same not charging

it is not fuse
Be sure 100% none of nokia phones (any model,old or new) dont display not charging with a borned fuse!
if you see not charging fuse is 100% safe!
Upload a good PM file ,if not solved check battery connectors ,batery itself,R0.22 and UEM

if nokia phone displays message NOT CHARGING you can be sure fuse is 100% OK
if fuse is bad,it will not charge also no message from phone about charging!
If phone does not do anything (no beep,no charge ICON,no changes on lights,then may be fuse is bad.
