6230 with problems - GSM-Forum

when I go to gallery, it's empty. it doesn't even recoginize the memory card. It also sais that memory in use is 0mb amd memory free 0mb.
Also when I turn off my phone and turn it on again, the displey turns dark and does not turn on, so I take out the batery and try to turn on the phone again and I keep on doing this until the phone does turn on.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

In my opinion this is User Flash Memory problem - try to change this flash :-(

better to check th HW version for the board, because the new version have only one flash IC.

open the main board, check if there is two flash ICs near the UEM then its the old hardware and the problem is with the lower end flash IC (user data IC).

if display is blinking slightly but staying dark and phone is not booting - that is hardware - definately flash IC - you can prove by just slightly pressing on the chip while booting.

only needs a light reflow with medium flux on that chip, if not - reball or replace.

please dont root it up, take it to a professional if you dont know what your doing

replace memory card & flash with setup suit 3.03 (ufs3 main setup)

Mate phone is 6230 not 6230i.
