6510 when power on lights only.. can't power off - GSM-Forum

i have 6510 which when power on will light only, then you cannot power it of. i have tried jic, the phone goes to local mode then test mode. but it can't read imei and splock write failed... is this mcu+ppm paert contact service, i don't have dct4 flasher yet, that's why i can't try it yet. i just want to know if this can be solved with flashing

YES FLASHING SHOULD FIX THIS PROBLEM SO LONG AS U HAVENT ERASED/DAMAGED EEPROM AREA

i have this problem on a 8310 ..
powers up with lights on .... and no nothing on the screen
and ya cannot turn it owf ... and lights stay on all th time ..

could this be a software prob ??

well try the jic software if it desnt work then just wait till a flasher i out that will definately do it

Just flash your fone and problem will be solved... i alredy fix some fones with some problem!!!

i will have my flasher by tomorrow, i will try it... forgoe to tell imei reads $&#@ (something like that ) on jic unlocker

I have fixed many 8310/6510 by flashing using the mighty neelix 2, if anyone in uk wants to visut my shop or post them to me , i will fix them
