7280 asic 2 or asic 6 - GSM-Forum

I have a 7280 which although can be read and flashed I cant seem to get it to switch on.
When read with Jaf and Universal box it says its asic 6. Is that correct? I thought they were asic 2.
Also any suggestions on how to revive this fone> the screen is ok and the power switch is ok..

Yes thats what I though.
Mine shows as Asic type 6
