I solved my problem. Here is how!

1. Flash phone with newest flash file
2. Before starting flash phone ( I do this with Griffin ) deselect Full Factory reset and select skip bluethoot options
3. In product code option try to select some diffrent product code.

griffin will flash my phone and all is working again normal. I doing master reset in phone.
