Access violation error with cheap DCT4 flasher

Hi all,
my customer reported this problem with DCT4 Flasher v2.0 (or any other flashing software for cheap DCT4 box): just after powering on the phone at the beginning of flashing (N6310) appears error "Access violation at address 0043C54F in module WINDCT4 2.0.TMP0. Read of address 03728008".
Have somebody any experiences with this or similar behavior?

Thanx for info,
Hans

PS: Tried with many FIA's...

You have to run vbrun60.exe. If you haven't got it, I'll send you.
Best regards! Roy
