Hmmm...
Well, It is all described in manual and on forum many times...

Once again - simply way
MCU - in most cases THE BIGGEST file, mostly ending with number of version
PPM - is language file mostly ending with letter (and mostly letters are described in dctx tool window - under place where u choose files - just choose correct language pack)
CNT - is usually file conatining media, extensions ie. .wug (wake up graphic) u dont have to use it, but if u want u must flash phone with at least PPM file (or fullflash) or u will get message like: 'Nothing to Flash'.
PM - haha, exactly i dont know what is in those files, but if u dont have to then dont touch - .pm files are used for repairing phone, imei correcting, u use it when phone dont turn on normally, but it works when connected to the box (very often in new 3220 and 6030 in poland after changing language),
but generally i cannot say too much about it... ask most experienced users
Ah! ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING: when u flash MCU and PPM the files MUST BE THE SAME VERSION!, otherwise phone won't turn on after flashing - solution is flash with correct packets. Thats all

respect
