does 3200b and 3100b work in europe?

i ve got here a 3100b rh-50 and a 3200b rh-31 and both dont work in my hands! does this phones should work in europe on only work in USA? if anyone know please reply me asap! tks

most with "B" after it are Americna specs, so dont work in Europe..

Nokia 3100b will work in europe in 1800 band becasue is 850/1800
i have one here and it's working in 1800
