nokia 3120 strange audio problem, help plz - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a 3120 radio, that can call 112, verything is ok. but when I call other(user) number, I can't hear anything, just a soft noise. why?

when I use MT BOX selt test, display "MBUS TX RX loop " NO SIGNAL.

I write pm file, the problem is same, so I want to full flash the radio, but when I flash that radio, the MT BOX display can't find radio, "make sure the radio is connected!" (the radio UPP is 4377013). Furthermore, I can read phone information, unlock the radio, reset usercode etc., just can't flash the radio(using MT BOX).

Somebody can help me? thank great.

It is software problem. Just erash the phone , flash with 6.31 and upload special pm by galaxy. Your phone will 100% ok.

But the radio can't be flash using MT Box, That say "make sure the phone is connected".
