Sorry boys I think you both are wrong. 6030b can be unlocked by codes using Asic 6 codes.

Go HERE and unlock your phone for FREE. (The codes don't work for T-Mobile, if it's your operator I'm sorry for you, others operators are ok).

some early 6030's can be unlocked using the dct calculator.

you will need to use a jaf box or get the unlock code from the operator for the later ones though.

U can unlock RM255-6030b by
using the latest version 1.98.15 of jaf.
tested 101% sure.
