Nokia 6100 - Contact Service - aarrgghh! lol :D

i was in the middle of writing a txt message just now, and the battery died (even though i had 2/7 bars remaining)... it wouldn't turn back on either, so i went and plugged it into my cradle (seen here)

i then turned it back on, and it asked for my Sim card PIN, so i typed it in just once... it then said "Phone locked, enter service code" (or something similar)... i guessed it might be my PIN again (for some stoopid reason). I assumed that it would gimme at least two tries, but it didn't... i typed in once and it locked completely!

it now says on screen "Contact Service"... and i can't do anything about it at all. none of the buttons work or anything.

the only PIN i used was the one on the SIM card... i hadn't manually put a PIN on the actual phone.

please help! i need this phone! lol, i have it plugged into my PC via USB if that will help too...

thanks in advance.... Hobbs (fishsponge)

can someone please help me?? i know nothing about flashing phones, or unlocking them, or using these things i've heard of while researching - griffin... etc... what are they?

i desperately need this phone to work again, i don't know why it even broke - it seemed to randomly ask me for the service code!

please help...
