Phoenix Service Software for DCT4

I was downloading "Phoenix Service Software A7 2003.9.8.7.exe" from this site, http://www.freegsm.biz/modules.php?n...wnloads&f=1186
and instaling software, and i get "Install Nokia dongle and restart aplication"
I install DK2drivers, but no effect!

please help !

Might sound like stupid qestion, but have you got PKD-1 dongle plugged in?
