hi!

can somebody help me how to repair or upgrade my 6310? it just can't turn on, i think it's a sw problem but i don't know how to do it. i have griffin dct4 flasher but it always says "FLASH ERROR make sure the phone is connected and powered" pls help me....

Can it enter the Local mode when you conect it with the flasher?

no local mode displayed on the unit.

is the cable of 6310 same with 6210? how would i know if sw is working or not? i have a cable of 8310 and when i connect to the fone local mode displayed but still cannot be detected on griffin dct4 flasher... what seems to be the problem? can somebody here help me up?

kabayan I think its cablle problem.... kuliten mo lang...clean contacts

both cable n fone contct

bt m using the cable of 6210, pareho lang ba kabayan ang cable nung 2? so walang problem yung griffin? how would i know which has the problem?

can somebody help me solve this problem? bagong bili lang 6310 ko after 1 week ayaw nang magpower on.
