1st: Turn on charger & plug-in the charging jack to the phone.
2nd:Then use multi meter to check the batt pin output..normal is 3.7v to 3.9v DC. if less than 3V....Sure uem damage..

Replace UEM...
write rpl then unlock..100% work!
