it has full signal , but not incoming call and out going call ,whats happaned with it , net work is ok , all menu is ok ,

try to Check(short) Antina Capicetor And Resistor. 100% Working

I think before doing smthng first full flash ur phone..then simply reheat the network section..100% ok..
