3 show 63 etc.
I have try to change keypad IC but still
same. set is not water damage. so plz post
new solution other than IC. Waiting for
your kind respons

Replace keypad ic only with other & NEW ONE

hi,
see A glass Keypad ic which is beside the simbase Heat it if not work then Change it.

only repalce with good one or new , prob will be solve

Firstly clean all the tracks of the pcb properly without shorting with each other and place a new keypad ic.
